- Steam Clean Roofs with Five year warrantee against Mold, Mildew and Algae -
- We help give longer life to roofs through cleaning; less build up will give longer live to your roof. Most roofs will look “dirty” this is a combination of Mold, Mildew and Algae building on your tile – the rest is dirt and ash that gets in the air. The build up acts as a sponge, pulling in the dirt and ash in the air – the longer you wait the hard it is to bring your roof back to life. The porus materials listed will eventually soak further into the tile.
- Keep you roof looking wonderful, a clean roof is almost to the matching of its flashing. Only time and past wear and tear from Mold, Mildew and Algae will continue age roof, the longer you wait the less likely we can get it to “new like condition”
- Sealant - We can seal your roof and give you a 10 YEAR warrantee against MOLD, MILDEW OR ALGAE forming on your roof. We can not control “acts of God”, including ash, dirt or other items what might build up, other than the three (3) above named items.
- Power Clean Rain Gutters- It advised we flush and clean all your rain gutters due to back up from items like leaves, stems as well as dirt through the air that might get stuck and cause block up on your roof and gatherings in you rain gutters. Gutters not working properly and causing water to back up on your roof could be extremely harmful to your roof.., most companies will wash them out from roof, while we “snake” with a plastic tubing clearing all the way out to the street. This will ensure the gutters are clean from roof to street.
- Drive Ways – They should not have mold, mildew, hard water or grease stains. It should still look like concrete almost when the day it was poured, sun has done some natural ...aging! Although they should be clean like the rest of your home.
- Patios (Front) - removing Mold, Algae, Mildew, Stains from planters also hard water build up over time.
- Block Walls - from small walls to large it should be removed to NEW keeping them look new!
